QBC is a non - for - profit fiscally sponsored volunteered- run monthly micro - cinema series and annual festival dedicated to showcasing independent narrative and documentary works by U.S. and international Black LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer) filmmakers.
