Natalie James on Why Labor & Palestine Are Queer Issues & Why the Left is Winning
 
Natalie James is a labor organizer with the United Auto Workers (UAW) Local 2320 (LSSA) who has been queering labor organizing and making labor rights a priority for the LGBT community for many years; she has also been active with the New York City Democratic Socialists of America (NYC DSA) and has been actively involved with a number of political campaigns, including the 2020 Bernie Sanders presidential campaign, Zohran Mamdani's 2024 mayoral campaign and Darializa Avila Chevalier's 2026 campaign for the House of Representatives; she has also been working in a number of contexts to free Palestine from Apartheid Israel's illegal and genocidal occupation; she speaks with Out-FM's Pauline Park about why labor and Palestine are both queer issues and why candidates with radically progressive politics are winning Democratic primaries in New York and beyond.
