Segment #1: QueerDoc's Gender-Affirming Care Referral Service Fights Trump "Justice" Dept. Subpoena of Client Lists

Out-FM's Naomi Brussel and Pauline Park interview New York Law School Professor Emeritus Arthur Leonard on the controversial California-based federal judicial rulings for and against QueerDoc. QueerDoc provides referrals for gender-affirming care. The federal Dept. of Justice (DOJ) has subpoenaed QueerDoc to give the DOJ names of and Identifying information about its clients. QueerDoc has sued to quash the subpoena.

Segment #2: Turkey's Persecution of LGBTQ People 

The fascist regime of Turkey's president, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, is engaged in a campaign of repression against the country's LGBTQ community, arresting hundreds of activists and moving to shut down LGBT rights and HIV/AIDS organizations across the country. Out-FM's Pauline Park spoke with New York organizer Jay W. Walker and Turkish activist Emre Ege Acaroglu at the September 18th demonstration at the Turkish consulate in Manhattan about the danger to LGBTQ people in Turkey.
